What Is Alpha GPC?
As already mentioned, alpha-GPC is a plant-based chemical that gets released after the breakdown of certain types of fatty acids.

No significant change was observed in the group that took a placebo. The change in HGH levels continued even 120 minutes after supplementation and there was no change in the placebo group.
Another study involved seven volunteers and it took place in 2008. The results were presented in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition.
The placebo-controlled study involved seven healthy and fit volunteers. All of them had done at least two years of resistance training.
In the group that was given alpha-GPC, peak growth hormone levels increased 44 times! The men that took the supplement also experienced improvements in their bench press.
